INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR CONTRACTORS

We respect your privacy, therefore, in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119 of 4.5.2016, referred to as “the Regulation”), we provide the following information:

  2. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your data, its rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data and request the cessation of data transfer.
  3. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority overseeing compliance with personal data protection regulations, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. Your personal data will be processed – in terms of name, email address, telephone number, and job position – for the purposes of:
  • fulfilling the contract concluded with you or taking action at your request, before concluding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  • resulting from legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, consisting in the necessity to purchase goods or services necessary for the performance of the contract;
  • necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator, in particular the tax obligation, the obligation to keep accounts, the archival obligation.
  1. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
  2. Recipients of your personal data will be entities to which we are obliged to transfer data under the applicable legal provisions, including tax offices, as well as entities providing IT, accounting, legal, transport, courier, postal services, etc., on our behalf, and other entities to which we will entrust data processing.
  3. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for 15 years from the end of the duration and execution of the concluded contracts.
  4. Your personal data was obtained directly from you or from publicly available sources.
  5. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
